This is a small script to help people get the URL for the Football Matches and Show content without the advertisements. It figures out the URL of the on the Content Delivery Network.
The whole thing is a bit bloody loopy. And not in a good way. An autistic kid grows up to be a super-assassin and accountant for some of the shadiest characters in imaginary land. For some reason, takes an honest job, unearths the cover-up of all cover-ups, creates an attachment to a girl (who really doesn't show much interest in him) and then cleans house.
Twee homage to 80's music. Liked the brother in the yoda role. Can't really understand what all the fuss is about - a few have thought of it as "movie of the year". Not even close.
Well. Interesting. Not going to pretend that I got any of it really. No coherent plot to speak of. It strikes me that the cinematography would have been way ahead of it's time.
Okay... so I was discussing this over the weekend. Decided it is now a thing I am going to do.
No real rules other than it must be a movie (generally a full length feature but could be a short), I don't have to do one a day - just the 365 in 365 and repeat screenings in the 365 period don't count. I must view over 80% of the movie.
Plus I need to right something about it on here - even if it's one sentence - for it to count.
My internet service provider is Vodafone. I have cable running into the house. It's the Clear.net cable that was acquired by TelstraClear and finally by Vodafone.
This rant is in two parts - one is the flakiness of the internet service recently, the second is the poor customer service being provided by Vodafone.
Sometimes real life gets in the way of the cool projects you want to pursue. Stevo has been busy coaching and I have started a new contract which has meant that I haven't got around to editting the latest edition of Business Banter.
I have found the time to knock up a quick website though. It's a temporary home at this time until we register the domain, etc.
It's 10.30pm on a Saturday night and you decide to reinstall the server for kicks. Wouldn't it be great to have all those useful tidbits of information available immediately in your cortex?
